Newly updated, this standard provides guidance to manufacturers and users to protect the health of personnel from contact with potentially toxic materials associated with spray finishing operations. The most current processes have been incorporated in topics that include: design and construction of spray booths and spray rooms, ventilation, velocity and airflow requirements, and personal protection. The Appendix provides examples of air volume flowrate calculations and an audit form.
