Pliers, Diagonal Cutting, and Nippers, End Cutting
This Standard covers the dimensional and functional characteristics of pliers suitable for cutting wire. Pliers shall have cutting edges diagonal to or at right angles to their longitudinal axis. Inclusion of dimensional data in this standard is not intended to imply that all of the pliers described herein are stock production sizes. Consumers should consult with manufacturers concerning list of stock production sizes.
