S type fuel oils - Requirements and testing (Foreign Standard)

This standard sets the minimum requirements for heavy fuel oil S, manufactured from crude oil or crude oil based components and list the respective test methods. Heavy fuel oil S is used for industrial combustion plants equipped with pre-heaters for the fuel used.
