Thermoplastics pipes for the transport of fluids -- Methods of extrapolation of hydrostatic stress rupture data to determine the long-term hydrostatic strength of thermoplastics pipe materials

The two methods described are applicable to all known types of thermoplastics and cross-linked thermoplastics pipes at any temperature and to any practicable test medium. They were developed on the basis of test data from pipes of relatively small sizes. The pipe sizes to be tested are specified in the relevant product standard.
