Cookware - Ovenware for use in traditional domestic ovens
This document sets safety and performance requirements for furnace dishes used in domestic ovens. It shall be applied to furnace harnesses regardless of material or manufacturing process. It is to be used for products used both on the stove and in the oven. This document shall not be applicable to disposable articles, disposable ovendishes or oven dishes intended for use only in the microwave.
